等待审核 (Await Approval):我们的团队将在1-2个工作日内审核您的请求。如果您的退货请求被批准,我们将向您提供详细的退货指引。 Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.
接收与退款 (Inspection & Refund):收到并检查您的退货商品后,我们将在 5-7个工作日 内处理您的退款。退款将原路返还至您的支付账户。 Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
